(1) Vendor needs to provide restoration center operating partner service to the government authority located in Oklahoma. • Respondents to operate the restoration center, a project designed to include a crisis center with limited detoxification services, and an outpatient component focused on long–term support of behavioral health and substance abuse issues.• Provide a short narrative explaining your organization’s various funding sources.• Provide your annual operating budget from the past three years and some evidence of your financial activity relative to those budgets.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 7, 2026.
