(1) Vendor needs to provide weatherization renovations services to the government authority located in Florence, SC. • Replace roof to include the following:– Architectural shingles– Ridge vent– Drip edge– All necessary flashing– Awning over rear door• Replace all nine (9) windows except the front picture window.• Replace front and rear storm doors including:– All locksets and weather stripping(2) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
