(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster debris removal and disposal service to the government authority located in Lauderhill, FL. – Establish a pre–need, pre–event contract with a qualified contractor or contractors for Disaster Debris Removal Services (DDRS), provide services to the agency during disaster or emergency events. – Disasters include natural events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, windstorms, floods and fires, as well as man–made events or emergencies such as civil unrest and terrorist attacks and pandemics.– In the event of a disaster or emergency, the contractor shall service the agency first and be on–call to provide all support services necessary to insure the safety and well–being of all residents and visitors to the agency. • Services:– Project management assistance– Federal and state reporting– Reimbursement assistance– Large–scale debris removal separation processing and disposal– Managing and operating temporary debris management sites demolition– Demolition debris removal– Marine salvage operations (boats)– Waterway debris clearing– Sand removal from roads– Streets and rights–of–way– Emergency berm construction– Restoration of damaged property by the haulers including debris sites locations– Hazardous waste handling– Tree trimming– Stump grinding and removal(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
