EXTRA-74390 - USA (Colorado) - Victory Crossing Program Management and Consulting Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide victory crossing program management and consulting services to the government authority located in Colorado. – Provide two categories of professional services for a development project in the Victory Crossing Urban Renewal area:A: Program Management ServicesB: Consulting Services– The awarded firm must support the agency by managing program management tasks associated with the project, including but not limited to the entitlement portion of the Victory Crossing development project.– This includes ensuring all required submittals, reviews, and related coordination activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner to achieve project completion, including but not limited to, entitlement completion, by the end of July 2027, as well as coordinating with all agency Departments to ensure all aspects of the project move to completion on schedule.– Work Breakdown Structure at a level sufficient to plan, estimate, assign, and track work.– Integrated project schedule with tasks, dependencies, durations, critical path, and milestones.– Risk management plan and risk register with probability, impact, owner, and response strategies.– Stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy with updated assessments at agreed intervals.– Facilitation of approvals in accordance with governance decision rights.– Develop project milestone schedules and identify critical path.– The awarded firm must serve as a financial and business strategy advisor to the agency during the negotiation process with the Victory Crossing developer and as needed throughout the development project.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
