(1) Vendor needs to provide enrollment and credentialing process improvement service to the government authority located in Ohio. • Consolidating/eliminating redundant steps, reducing manual work, shortening cycle time, improving data integrity, enabling mass updates from large hospital systems, strengthening monitoring and credentialing coverage, and enhancing self–service reporting.• Reduce total provider certification and enrollment only cycle time through streamlined intake, assignment, validation, and credentialing.• Increase digital adoption practices in the provider application space.• Decrease manual intervention.• Improve provider status transparency to reduce call–center reliance and intervention.• Strengthen monitoring & data integrity across contiguous and non–contiguous states.• Enhance reporting production rework and provider credentialing and/or enrollment only timelines with actionable dashboards.• Establish recertification cadence (target 3 years; compliant with evolving standards).• Deliver a strategic plan with prioritized initiatives, quick wins, and a phased roadmap.
