(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.– Work is expected to primarily be focused on interior renovations that support student life on campus along with some exterior envelope maintenance.– The basement, ground, first and fourth floors are expected to see renovations focused on updating student gathering and study space, dining and food service, and the campus club.  – Basement work includes the renovation of the goldy's game room, creation of a student food bank at the current computer lab, and creation of study space.– Create new service concepts, renovation of catering kitchen, and support spaces.– renovation of the theatre lobby and commuter lounge into theatre pre–function space.– Restrooms are planned to be renovated on basement, ground, and first floors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.
