(1) Vendor needs to provide armored car cash–in–transit services to the government authority located in Birmingham, AL. – Armored car cash–in–transit services for 23 locations with six pick–up areas.– Services include daily scheduled pick–up and delivery of sealed bank deposits cash and checks from designated county locations to designated financial institutions as listed below.– The county has six pick–up areas for twenty–three departments with each department having multiple deposits delivered Monday – Friday to thirteen different banks.– Currently departments drop off deposits to centralized locations to ensure safety and timely deposit; however, pickup locations, departments and banks may be added or deleted during the term of the contract.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
