(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Arvada, CO.• Providing consistent, high–quality janitorial services that maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patrons, program participants, and employees.• Providing comprehensive janitorial services that maintain clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming facilities for patrons, guests, and staff.• Clean and disinfect all toilets, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and floors in lower and upper bathrooms.• Clean and disinfect all toilets, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and floors in the women’s and men’s locker rooms.• Clean and disinfect all toilets, showers, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and floors in individual cabanas.• Clean and disinfect all sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and floors in the universal changing area.• Clean all glass doors in locker rooms and the universal changing area.• Clean and disinfect lobby, main–level hallways, and classroom floors.• Dust and wipe down all windowsills in lobby, hallways, and spectator areas.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026
