(1) Vendor needs to provide camp creek managed assets operation and maintenance services to the government authority located in College Park, GA. – Provide complete operation and maintenance for agency facilities consisting of Water Reclamation Facilities (WRF). – Services will be twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and fifty–two (52) weeks per year.• Services required for the management, operation and maintenance of the treatment facilities and pump stations:– Operations– Maintenance– Management– Purchasing– Safety– Security– Training– Record keeping and document management– Process laboratory control testing sampling and transporting samples, for regulatory required analyses– Upkeep and maintenance and Janitorial/custodial, trash and refuse disposal, grounds– keeping/landscaping services of all facility buildings– Computer systems and networks operation, maintenance– Management, servicing and updating all operational technologies– Telephone, cable, and satellite services– Calibration and maintenance of all instrumentation.– Pump Station cleaning and sediment and grease removal and disposal. – Sludge dewatering and residuals disposal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
