(1) Vendor needs to provide refuse disposal services to the government authority located in Humboldt, CA.– Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to collect, transport, recycle, and dispose of refuse generated at agency.– Haul refuse from locations designated by the agency or authorized representative, including all refuse disposal and recycling containers.– Perform collection services according to the scheduled pickup frequencies specified in the bid form, including service on legal holidays when they fall on regular collection days.– Provide additional containers and extra pickups upon request by the State, with compensation based on bid unit rates.– Empty all containers completely, collect any spillage created during servicing, return containers to their original location, and replace lids after service.– Transport and dispose of refuse in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring no refuse is disposed of within State Park boundaries.– Prevent litter and debris during transportation, ensuring refuse is securely hauled.– Maintain contractor–owned bins, bunkers, and containers in good condition through repair, painting, or replacement at no additional cost to the State.– Provide recycling and waste diversion services, including annual reports identifying the actual weight of diverted/recycled materials and supporting documentation for organic waste processing.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
