(1) Vendor needs to provide brand development, logo development, website redesigns and development services using content management system.– Development of a consolidated brand identity for the agency, including a logo and brand standards guide, to include redesigns and development services for websites.– Websites need redesigns that are visually appealing, easier to navigate, improved functionality, incorporate current features, and result in higher customer satisfaction– Dynamic visual brand development/identity to include logo, color palette, and brand standards along with related images to create a cohesive and inclusive brand– Provide website hosting and CMS technical support with monthly reporting.– Logo should be provided in high resolution (600 dpi min) EPS file format layered images of the finalapproved logos as well as flattened .jpeg and .pdf formats.– A clean, organized, and professional looking home page and secondary pages (fonts, graphics, and colorschemes) using current features like scrolling navigation bars for both websites using appropriate logosfor each.– Integrate social media elements.– Incorporate a web–based, database–driven content management system that allows key personnel to easily update content without directly accessing source code– Incorporate a newsletter/emails/notifications management system– Ensure clean, consistency of mobile version of websites(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
