This Negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation from Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “MMC ) to Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy; for a contract term of five (5) years with an option to extend for one (1) additional period of two (2) years. Proponents must be able to meet or exceed all the requirements of this RFP for a Hospital by Hospital, by category/group award, for the following categories: NEGATIVE PRESSURE WOUND THERAPY - DISPOSABLE NEGATIVE PRESSURE WOUND THERAPY - REUSABLE Proponents must have the breadth of product to meet the commitment level in order to be in consideration for the committed portion of the award for the category.
