(1) Vendor needs to provide long range, land use, and transportation planning services to the government authority located in Jackson, WY.A. Landside Transportation & Demand Management- Conduct a workshop with Airport Staff and Stakeholders on long–term needs.- Evaluate existing landside parking and ground transportation layouts, services, and needs.- Provide a forecast of future parking demand and recommendations on landside parking and ground transportation layouts, operational and management recommendations, and pricing, including an evaluation of on–site and off–site alternatives.- Evaluate existing rental car parking, layouts, services, and needs.B. Development Subzone & Facility Planning- Identify facility needs within the 20–year planning horizon, including new facilities, necessary changes of existing facilities, replacement timelines for existing facilities, and any preservation of space for future development.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
