INSU-6381 - USA (Oakland, California) - Pet Insurance Service - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pet insurance service to the government authority located in Oakland, CA. – To provide and administer a comprehensive, competitively priced, employee–paid pet insurance program.– Supplier will offer flexible plan options covering pet–related accidents, illnesses, and other eligible veterinary care, with clearly defined benefits, pricing and discount structures, underwriting requirements, exclusions and limitations, waiting periods, treatment of pre–existing and hereditary conditions, and other material coverage provisions.– The program will operate as an employee/retiree direct–pay benefit, with employees and retirees enrolling and paying premiums directly to the sSupplier rather than through agency payroll deduction.– Provide intuitive tools and resources that enable employees to obtain information and quotes, enroll eligible pets, manage coverage, submit and track claims, and access customer support.– For comprehensive program administration, including enrollment support, claims assistance, responsive customer service, dedicated account management, issue resolution, and defined escalation procedures.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(4) The contract period will be five years.
