East 65th Service Facility Roof and Envelope Improvements - Design/ Build RFP

It is the intent of the City of Cleveland Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects (MOCAP), through this Request for Proposal (RFP), to solicit proposals for Design-Build Services for capital improvements to the roof and envelope of the East 65 th Street Service Facility, located at East 65 th street Cleveland, OH 44134. The East 65 th Service Facility is a multi-divisional service building located on the east side of Cleveland between Central Ave and Quincy Ave. The building was obtained by the City back in the 1980’s. It consists four buildings on one city block. The buildings were last renovated in 1988-1989.The square footage of all the roofs combined is approximately 147,000. The vertical envelope shows some issues with cracked masonry and deteriorated lintels.
