(1) Vendor needs to provide AI automation, resident communication and operational support services.• Resident communication: provide approved inbound and outbound voice, SMS, email, and/or chat workflows for public housing, housing choice voucher, and maintenance operations.• Maintenance intake and workflow: receive and categorize resident maintenance requests and capture required information, including resident identity, unit, callback information, problem description, location, access instructions, urgency indicators, and preferred communication method.• Create or transmit complete ticket information to approved CRM, ticketing environment, email/SMS workflow, and Web or successor system through an approved API, webhook, secure file exchange, or other documented method.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
