ELECTRIC-1072 - USA (Riverside, California) - Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical maintenance and repair services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Riverside, CA. – Repair or replace lamps, ballasts, clocks, fuses, controllers, timers, outlet covers, damaged or unsafe wiring, batteries and related components, as needed. – Repair or replace broken, missing, stained, yellowed, or otherwise damaged diffusers, globes, and fixtures, as needed.– Clean the interior and exterior of lenses, globes, and fixtures to remove insects, spider webs, and other noticeable debris.– Repair lighting systems and electrical breaker panels and troubleshoot defective equipment and tripped circuits, as requested. – Test and repair emergency lighting systems and individual emergency lighting units to ensure operability and compliance with applicable code requirements.– Perform infrared thermographic inspections of all electrical panels, subpanels, and transformer connections. – Clean and maintain solar panels and associated control systems. – Remove and replace damaged or failed parking–lot light poles using existing service locations and existing foundations when suitable. Work may include minor, localized grout or concrete repair at an existing pole base solely to restore stability, weather protection, grade, or safe serviceability. New pole locations, new foundations, foundation reconstruction, circuit extensions, and system expansion are excluded.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on November 3, 2026.
