(1) Vendor needs to provide moving services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, packing materials, and logistics necessary to complete the relocation safely and efficiently.• Supply reusable moving totes for faculty, staff, and departmental packing in advance of the scheduled move.• Pack, transport, unload, and place classroom materials, office contents, instructional resources, furniture, and other departmental items in their designated locations.• Owner’s Representative to develop and execute a detailed move plan, including sequencing, scheduling, staffing/resource allocation, specialized equipment coordination, and room–by–room placement.• A critical component of this relocation is the transportation of sensitive medical and laboratory equipment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) A Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.
