(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search consultant services to the government authority located in Hyattsville, MD. – Work with the City Council, Director of Human Resources, and City Clerk to develop a detailed candidate profile and the criteria that will be used to evaluate candidates; – Using the agreed–upon candidate profile, the firm shall recommend to the City Council a salary and benefit range for the position, and an advertising plan to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates; – Design and implement an appropriate marketing program for the position.– Take receipt of all resumes and other applicable documents from applicants; – Conduct in–depth reviews of candidates' credentials using the criteria established by the Council; – Screen candidates using the pre–established criteria, personal interviews and reference checks; – Provide a written report summarizing the overall candidate pool and the qualifications of those to be interviewed; – Advise the Council on interview strategies, techniques, and questions as needed; – Coordinate schedules, teleconferencing, and/or travel arrangements – Conduct background and reference checks for the top candidates, as needed; – Assist the City with the negotiation process, as needed– Provide the designated City contact the status of the search on a weekly basis, or more often if needed.– Handle administrative details such as correspondence and communication with candidates including notification of receipt of resumes and at the conclusion of the process.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
