(1) Vendor needs to provide mental and behavioral health specialist service to the government authority located in Lexington, KY. – Provide mental health professionals or behavioral health organizations to provide comprehensive mental health, crisis intervention, and wellness services for emergency services personnel.– Clinical Services:• Provide confidential individual counseling to sworn and civilian personnel.• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment or referral plans.• Deliver short–term, solution–focused therapy and crisis counseling.– Crisis and Critical Incident Response:• Respond to critical incidents including line–of–duty deaths, serious injury events, paediatric fatalities, and mass casualty incidents when requested.• Coordinate and support Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) interventions in collaboration with peer support coordinators.• Provide on–scene or post–incident psychological support as needed.– Peer Support Program Development:• Develop, implement, and enhance departmental peer support teams.• Train peer supporters in appropriate intervention techniques, boundaries, and referral pathways.• Develop, review, and revise peer support protocols and operational guidelines.• Ensure peer support activities align with clinical best practices and ethical standards.– Provider will serve as the department’s lead behavioral health resource, support firefighters, EMS personnel, and dispatch staff through clinical services, crisis response, peer support development, and wellness education.– Establish a long–term partnership that enhances psychological resilience, reduces occupational stress injuries, and supports safe and effective operations.– Wellness and prevention programming.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
