Workiva Canada ULC is the only supplier that fully satisfies the City of Calgary's requirements able to deliver a standalone working papers and controls documentation platform that meets all of the following requirements without a broader platform investment: role-based access for users external to the organization including related authorities; a complete, automatic audit trail with native approval workflow; document-level version control; and configurable reporting structures aligned to PSAB. No other solution identified through the market scan meets this combination of requirements as a standalone product.
