The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Field Procurement Operations East Zone,Supply & Services CSA #3 is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA`s policy in the ContractingDesk Book, SUBPART 413.3SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against NC Aggregate Supply BPA awarded against solicitationnumber: 12444124R0010. This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call orderdoes not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification.This procurement is restricted to the approved companies eligible for call orders under the for NC Aggregate Supply BPA. The scope of the BPA is to deliver aggregate products to any road on Croatan Ranger District and Grandfather Ranger districts in North Carolina. Additionally, provide loading and certified weighing facilities at quarry, pit or contractor stockpile locations to load Forest Service owned and operated trucks.This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order against the BPA previously solicited on the Government Point Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order against NC Aggregate Supply BPA Apr 15, 2025 02:38:27 PM GMT 1of Entry (GPE). The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissionsin response to this notice.
