(1) Vendor needs to provide web and digital support services.– Provide technical web support partner (i.e., including managing website hosting, routinemaintenance, troubleshooting, security updates) as well as on–demand support as requested by theSecretariat (i.e., web development, implementation of website changes/improvements and usertraining).– Provide web support vendor or team to maintain, update and support the existing website on a retainer basis over an initial two–year period.– The primary objective of this engagement is the ongoing maintenance and support of the current website, not the redesign or development of a new platform.• Attend scheduled meetings on demand with the Secretariat to discuss website updates,structural changes and improvements, and provide input and timelines.• Respond to urgent website issues (e.g. site downtime, security incidents) within 4 businesshours, and to routine content update requests within 2 business days.• Host and maintain the website to ensure consistent accessibility and protection from externalinterference.• Provide needs–based training to equip the team to format and add web pages.• The Secretariat will manage content preparation, including drafting text,sourcing images and data, defining page structure and requirements and uploading content.• The vendor will manage technical implementation, including migration, hosting, coding, andapplying changes and trainings requested by the agency.– Future web development needs including the potential creation of digital dashboards andintegrated datasets on the website.– Guidance linking and/or integrating the website of other agency–related websites.– Developing a country platform page – which interactive country maps with information onagency.– Additional Training to support the Secretariat with content uploads and new page builds.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
