Description

The County of Orange through its Sheriff-Coroner Department is accepting bids for the one-time purchase and delivery of Commercial Kitchen Equipment in New, not Used or Refurbished Condition including an Oven, Mixers, Ice Maker, and Jacketed Steam Kettle. Prospective contractors shall refer to the Model Contract reading the County's Terms and Conditions, Attachment A - Scope of Work, and Attachment B - Compensation and Pricing Provisions. The County is not accepting offers for substitutions or equivalents. Only those items listed in the Model Contract shall be accepted. Prospective Contractor's pricing shall be valid for 180 days. Prospective contractors shall upload with their bid response Attachment B, Pricing and Compensation Provisions of the Model Contract filled in dollar amounts for all items they are bidding upon.
