Richmond Public Schools Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Kitchen Appliance Maintenance and Repair

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit electronic bids to establish a contract with one or more qualified individuals or firms for provision of commercial kitchen equipment and kitchen appliance maintenance and repair services in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions stated herein. Any contract resulting from this IFB will be between the Contractor(s) and the School Board of the City of Richmond (the “School Board”). The School Board, a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia, operates, maintains, supervises and serves as the policy-making body for Richmond Public Schools (RPS), a public school district located in the independent city of Richmond, Virginia. The selected Contractor(s) will provide commercial kitchen equipment and kitchen appliance maintenance and repair services district-wide for the RPS School Nutrition Services Department (SNS).
