Description
The Fire Department utilizes utility terrain vehicles (UTV) to respond to emergency incidents and events. UTV’s specific to operational need that are based on industry recommended standards and replacement cycles. Items in the pricing page may not be inclusive of all items. The intention of the bid is to award the best bid price per item (to qualified vendors) which includes the service and repair of Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) for an hourly technician rate. Vendors are encouraged to bid on any or all items they can supply. The City reserves the right to use the next best bidder should the equipment not be available from the primary bidder. All parts and equipment must be new and unused repair parts that meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and standards. For part items not listed please provide a percentage discount off catalog pricing (Percent given off of MSRP-Government Rate) in the vendor submission section of this bid. The City has a right to purchase items off equipment catalogs at the same agreed upon rate.
