(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services for appellate to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC. – Consultation, legal advice, and representation in all appeals arising – Perform all work associated with assigned appeals, including but not limited to preparing the Notice of Appeal, Ordering Transcript; drafting brief, performing oral argument. – Filing Motions for Stay; Filing writs of supersedes, Writs of Certiorari, writs of mandamus, Petitions for Discretionary Review as appropriate – Perfecting the Record on Appeal – Maintain appropriate records and make these records available for Federal and State audits (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
