(1) Vendor needs to provide network support managed service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Network monitoring and management.– Incident and problem management.– Configuration and change management.– Security and compliance support.– Root cause analysis reports for critical or recurring incidents.– Configuration backup, audit, and change documentation.– Network asset inventories.– Wide area network (WAN) and internet connectivity links.– Implement real time alerting and incident detection for outages, performance degradation, or anomalous network activity.– Manage and support network security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and network access control (NAC) solutions.(2) All questions had been submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
