(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations, outreach and information management services. – This will require the successful Offeror to be familiar with the Zero Fatalities program priorities and goals in order to develop a communications strategy that influences behavior change toward the goal of Zero Crashes, Injuries, and Fatalities.– successful Offeror will provide details including the following items:I. Media Placement and Media RelationsII. Television, Radio, Social Media and Creative ProductionIII. Planned and Potential Press Events– Execute media plan and paid media strategy, which may include the following:- Television partnerships- Television/radio buying placement/planning- Radio partnerships- Spanish language partnerships- Social media content creation and promotion– Successful Offeror is required to provide services on an ongoing, on–call and immediate basis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
