(1) Vendor needs to provide mowing and landscaping services to the government authority located in Alachua, FL.– Services includes the work which is divided into two work periods – summer and winter.– Each work period includes different work requirements and frequencies.– Mowing and maintenance to be performed not more than once a week (summer) and not less than once every two weeks (winter).(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
