Description
Base Bid includes full removal/ replacement of sealants, wet sealing of all glazing, steel prep/prime/paint, replacement of expansion joints and covers, full facade cleaning, EIFS cornice repairs with elastomeric coating, selective masonry repointing, and abatement of minor non-friable ACM. Refer to Project Manual and drawings. Bidders shall submit bids in accordance with Hand-Delivery or Mail Service only.
