(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager services for softball batting cage enclosure to the government authority located in Florida.– Project will include all pre–construction, scheduling, budgeting, construction management, and close–out services– The construction of a 70' X 40' Softball Batting Cage with concrete slab and all metal construction.– Building design shall consist of all facilities necessary to meet the needs of the Softball Program staff to include, but not limited to civil, structural, electrical design and specifications, and in compliance with all building code requirements.– Site work includes drainage, stormwater, and sidewalk connections.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
