Vendor needs to provide global broadcast service software sustaining engineering services.• Assist wideband global satellite communications satellite beam pointing and bandwidth allocation for GBS operations.• Support satellite management functions for WGS and commercial augmentation satellite communications GBS broadcasts.• Assist with managing broadcast content.• Support development of broadcast schedules.• Assist with GBS SBM and MUE database management and backups.• Assist related operations and organizational–level maintenance support for system engineering, configuration management, technical data management, and source integration activities.• The contractor shall perform program and risk management to ensure adherence to the program plan and to monitor technical, cost, and schedule performance. This includes business management, quality assurance, contract management, subcontract management, and supply chain management.
