(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consulting and monitoring services to the government authority located in Alabama.• Facilitate quarterly investment review meetings• Perform investment consulting due diligence• Advise in the selection and monitoring of investment options under the Plans• Monitor and negotiate fee structure of Plan recordkeepers• Advise employee education strategy• Assist in oversight of Plan services to participants, including drafting communications to participants• Assist in oversight of Plan compliance and reporting• Assist in the evaluation of services provided by recordkeepers of the Plans• Research any new developments and provide updates on changes in the law and retirement and deferred compensation plans on an ongoing basis• Provide timely updates, advice, white papers, webinars, and other relevant information on changes in federal and state regulations and guidance, new or changing requirements, Plan offerings, and tax changes• Prepare deliverables, reports, presentations, etc. as needed for meetings and senior management(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
