(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.• Performing site studies, feasibility studies, or condition analyses leading to preparation of site plans, facility layouts and architectural designs.• Consulting services related to architectural concerns or structure maintenance, preservation and/or restoration.• Landscape design and layout, including selection and specification of appropriate living plants as well as decorative inert material.• Architectural and engineering plans including stamped drawings• Demolition plans, details and schedules, as appropriate• Interior and exterior finish plans, details, and schedules• Research and design for all required permits associated with the project(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
