Vendor needs to provide IT product support professional services to the government authority located in California. – The Contractor shall provide all labor, and materials and all incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance of maintenance and repair service on an as needed basis.– The personnel employed by service provider must have experience in delivering well–adopted andhighly–functional business solutions within an optimal development cycle.– The majority of this work will occur remotely.– Software programs could include but are not limited to the following:• Microsoft Exchange Server troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrade assistance.• SQL troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrade assistance.• SharePoint troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrade assistance.• Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrade assistance.• Doc Locator troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrade assistance.• Virtual machine environment troubleshooting as needed.• Windows Services, including Active Directory, and IIS.• Server and client operating systems.• Crystal Server troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrade assistance.
