RFP # 2449-01 Restore Rebuild Projects in City of Boston

The Boston Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured developers or owners of new multifamily rental construction, or multifamily properties requiring rehabilitation, who are interested in developing public housing units using HUD’s mixed finance program with pre-approval to convert the units to a long term Section 8 contract. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all the requirements and specifications outlined within the RFP and any designated attachments in its entirety .
