CONS-22458 - USA (Calabasas, California) - Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager (CM) and owner’s representative services to the government authority located in Calabasas, CA.         – The CM shall develop and maintain and maintain an effective system of Project cost control.– The CM shall check and supervise all material deliverables, equipment, and labor entering the work site.– Monitor tests, inspections, and reports (including materials testing), which are design–builder's responsibility.– The consultant shall visit and become familiar with the project site and associated construction areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026(3) The contract period will be for four years.           (4) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 27, 2026.
