TELCOM-3061 - USA (Wyoming) - Phone System Replacement Service - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide phone system replacement service. – The selected Vendor will be solely responsible for the complete turn–key implementation of the new Solution and all component hardware, software, services, and labor, with one stated exception: agency staff are responsible for installing and placing all telephones.– The Vendor remains responsible for the installation and programming of the system itself, for the configuration, and provisioning of every telephone before it is handed over, and for supporting each site's cutover.– Vendor will work with agency and 3rd party vendors to provide SIP trunk integration between their solution and the Mitel system, and build out Uniform Coordinated Dialing and dial plan that inserts/deletes digits to call or receive calls from users on the alternate system. – School hours are posted at the beginning of the school year, so on–site work to place and test telephones, whether carried out by District staff or by the Vendor, will generally need to be scheduled after–hours.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Date (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
