TELCOM-2946 - USA (Street Lawton, Oklahoma) - Pay Telephone, Tablet and Video Visitation Inmate Technology Services - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pay telephone, tablet and video visitation inmate technology services to the government authority located in Street Lawton, OK.– Provide, install, and configure all required devices, hardware, software, wiring, network jacks, conduit, cabling and associated equipment, and shall provide initial and ongoing training and support.– The Contractor shall provide qualified training and training documents for personnel at allfacilities in the use of the systems.– Inmate Telephone System– Equipment must be non–coin operated and capable of making collect calls.– All telephone instruments shall comply with agency regulations.– All telephone instruments shall be equipped with a metallic tamperproof keypad.– Each telephone instrument shall have touch–tone keypads.– Reporting, Training and Monitoring Requirements: The Contractor shall provide a computer, monitor, high–speed printer, and programming to integrate with the inmate telephone system.– The system shall be able to identify:i. Telephone number originating the call.ii. Time of call.iii. Telephone number called.iv. Most frequently called number.v. Length of call.vi. Numbers called from a specific telephone number.vii. Alarm number status.viii. PIN number used.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
