(1) Vendor needs to provide special waste debris disposal services to the government authority located in Gresham, OR.          – Special waste debris types street leaves, street sweepings, catch basin debris, and pond/ditch/swale sediment.– The catch basin debris is stockpiled and air dried, so they are solid and have a lower water content. – The leaf debris, sweeping debris and pond and swale debris are stockpiled uncovered.– The debris is collected by hired contractors from streets, catch basins, ponds and swales.– The debris is hauled to disposal facilities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
