(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Rock Hill, SC. • Provide daily cleaning and sanitation services. – Offices– Corridors and Entrance Areas– Break Areas / Canteen– Restrooms– Elevators• Weekly services:– Spot clean walls as needed– Remove visible dirt, fingerprints, smudges, and other soil from public–area surfaces– Inspect exterior entrance areas and remove trash and debris.• Smoking–bin service: Empty and clean smoking bins• Monthly services:– Building interior– Stairwells• Semi–annual services:– Clean carpet in hallways– Machine scrub restroom floors– Dust HVAC ceiling vents in all public areas• Annual services:– Strip and wax the canteen floor.– Strip and wax VCT flooring on the fourth floor, where applicable.– Scrub ceramic tile floors and clean grout.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.
