(1) Vendor needs to provide special event management services.• Provide recreation event vendor recruitment, programming, and management support for a two–year period.• Provide event programming and management services for large–scale sponsored events.• This includes spirit plaza management and programming, large and small–scale events such as ground breakings, ribbon cuttings, and other special events, and supporting recreation division supported events including easter fun festival, fall festival, scare festival, and palmer park bandshell programming occurring.• Managing, supporting, and coordinating large and small events and event operations.• Vendor recruitment, coordination and management of food, retail, entertainment, and event related vendors and individuals.Presenting and coordinating community focused events and strategies with a focus on local–based, small, and community focused businesses, vendors, and entertainers wherever possible.• Coordination and management of sponsorships and strategic marketing alliances to support special events and sites.• Managing, staffing, and coordinating presentations in small to medium event spaces and in public event spaces.• Recruitment and forging partnerships to support presentations and performances in small to medium event spaces and in public event spaces.• Providing support staff and staffing small to medium event spaces and in public event spaces on a seven day cycle.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
