TRANSPORT-11680 - USA (Kailua Kona, Hawaii) - Senior Transportation Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide senior transportation services to nutrition congregate meal sites and adult day care respite to the government authority located in Kailua Kona, HI.– The driver must ensure that all vehicle doors are closed after all passengers have boarded and before initiating the transportation trip. The vehicle doors must remain closed at all times when the vehicle is in motion.– The driver shall be responsible for enforcing the wearing of seat belts for every passenger of the vehicle. The vehicle shall not proceed to move until every passenger wears a safety seatbelt.– Congregate Meal sites include at home pick up and return trip home.– Adult Day Care Respite includes pick up at designated locations to be determined by agency and the contractor.– Weekly in–district (or closest shopping access, as agreed upon) shopping trips from the congregate meal sites for food and essential items.– Scheduled individual trips for medical needs.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
