(1) Vendor needs to provide certified energy auditor for residential energy equity program service to the government authority located in Chestertown, MD. – To perform energy audits and implement subsequent energy efficiency and electrification measures and incidental repairs and enabling repairs in support of such measures, to improve efficiency, comfort, and safety in single family or multifamily buildings to benefit low–to–moderate income households.– To support the installation of cost–effective energy efficiency measures in single–family and multi–family homes.– To provide comprehensive energy assessment and energy audit services for single–family or multi–family homes occupied by income–eligible individuals participating.• Building envelope features (windows, doors, insulation, ducts) and ages • Heating, cooling and ventilation equipment types, characteristics and ages • Appliance and lighting characteristics • Comfort complaints • Visible moisture issues • Visible health and safety issues.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
