Boone County Ryle Road Paving

Boone County Fiscal Court requests bids from qualified vendors to perform the services associated with the Boone County Ryle Road Paving. This project is for the milling and paving of Ryle Road from KY 338 to River Bluff Drive in Boone County, KY, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
