Description

As part of the selection process for Marine Communications and Traffic Services (MCTS) ab-initio trainees, candidates must successfully complete the MCTS Aptitude Test. As culture has shifted and technology has improved over the last several years, a forward-looking approach to aptitude testing will ensure that MCTS continues to appeal to potential candidates and will increase MCTS access to desirable candidates.
