Vendor needs to provide government property management inventory system. – Provide and implement a modern software solution to replace the legacy inventory system, currently provided by agency. – Design, development, configuration, and deployment of a new inventory tracking platform.– Provide comprehensive inventory tracking capabilities tailored for government operations.• Technical requirements:– Inventory management: Automated tracking of asset lifecycles, including procurement, receipt, maintenance, and disposal.– Audit trails: Comprehensive, tamper–evident audit logs for all transactions to meet federal requirements for accountability and transparency.– Security and data protection: Compliance with federal security standards to ensure protection of sensitive government data.– Reporting: Robust reporting tools to generate federal–mandated inventory reports and KPI tracking.– Interoperability: Ability to interface with standard government–grade APIs and data formats.• Functionality:– System must maintain life–to–date history of the asset.– The solution must support real time updates rather than batch processed updates so that the user can view change impact immediately.– System must manage every asset from acquisition (receipt or purchase) to disposal.– System must be capable of reporting by asset, government contract, and federal agency.– System must be capable of identifying property by government classification, i.e., GFE, CAP, CAM, etc).– System must support RFID/barcoding.– System must support inventory capabilities.– System must interface with Oracle– System must interface with Workday– System must interface with Deltek– Identify counterfeit parts from vendors– RFID scanning capability– System should allow for export of data or reports to Excel.– Does the property management system capture an item's current use status (in use, in storage, in transit, etc).– System should be able to duplicate records when adding multiples of the same type of item.– Generate reports that do not require extensive formatting and can be downloaded into PDF and excel.
