TRANSPORT-11849 - USA (Orange, California) - Towing and Recovery Services - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide towing and recovery services to the government authority located in Orange, California. – Provide towing and recovery services on an as–needed basis for all revenue, non–revenue vehicles, equipment, and for abandoned or unauthorized vehicles located on agency–owned or controlled properties. – Services shall be available twenty–four hours per day, seven days per week, three hundred sixty–five days per year, including holidays.– Provide a twenty–four–hour dispatch number.– Dispatch shall acknowledge each tow request and confirm estimated arrival time.– GPS tracking documentation may be required to verify arrival times.– Towing and transport to contractor–controlled impound facility.– Impound, storage, lien processing, and disposal in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.– Provide transportation and hauling services for agency–owned, leased, or operated boom lifts, and another small agency equipment on an as–needed basis.– Provide properly rated transport equipment and ensure all loads are secured in accordance with applicable agency cargo securement regulations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
