(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker services to the government authority located in Agawam, MA.• Act as seller's agent on behalf of the city.• Market the property through MLS, online platforms and other channels.• Conduct property showings and respond to inquiries.• Work with the mayor, town treasurer, assessor, chief procurement officer and others as needed to negotiate the sale of the property.• Coordinate with town officials to ensure compliance with applicable laws.• Assist with closing, including coordination with legal counsel and title companies.• Assist the town with final disposition of property following selection of a qualified buyer through the final closing.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
